How long do I get the club for?

It depends on how long you hire it for. If you go for the standard 5 days we will deliver the club then you have 5 full days to play with the club. On or before the 5th day you need to call up UPS and arrange delivery. They will pick it up from you the day after your rental finishes.

How do I pay for my clubs?

We use RBS Worldpay, which is a secure online payment processor. We can accept all major credit and debit cards.

How much is P&P?

Delivery and collection is free*. You pay a flat fee for your trial and that’s it.

How do I get the club?

We send the club directly to you at an agreed work, home or local TGI Pro address.

What if I miss the delivery?

Your trial period begins from the original agreed delivery date. Our courier service will try to redeliver the club for three consecutive days. After that the club is returned to us.

Can the club be delivered to my work address or pro shop?

Yes. We are here to make your life easier. As long as you, or someone nominated by you can sign for the club, we would encourage you to have the club delivered to the most convenient address.

What is the cut-off time for next working day delivery?

If you wish to receive your club the next working day you will need to place your order by 12pm.

How do I return the club to Rentaclub?

It's easy. We provide full instructions on how to arrange pick up using our courier service. Re-package the club in it's original box and attach the enclosed return postage label. You can then either call the number of our courier or use their online system to arrange collection from an address to suit you. We will even send you a reminder email so you don't forget.

What if I miss the collection?

Our aim is to make your life as easy as possible. You can have the club collected from your home, your work, or even a local TGI pro shop.

How long can I rent the club for?

Trial periods are 5 days. You can rent the club for multiple periods of five days, as agreed in advance.

What discount do I get if I want to buy the club?

You can buy the club you trialled from a local TGi Golf pro where you will be eligible for a free custom-fit session and you can also reclaim your five day rental fee with a voucher from Rentaclub*

How do I return the club using the UPS system? (Telephone)

Call them on 08457 877 877 and use their automated service press option 1 on your keypad (require a pick up), then press option 2 (don't have an account number), then press option 2 (you do have a UPS returns label) then enter your telephone number, then you will connected to an operator who will help you.

How do I return the UPS system to return the club? (Online)

It's very simple. Go to www.UPS.com and follow the following steps: Select your location (United Kingdom - English). On the left hand side you should click a box labelled "Schedule a collection". This has two options. Select "Yes" for both and hit "Continue". Enter your "Tracking number(s)" in the box stated in section 1. Your tracking number is on the returns label we sent with your club. It begins 1Z and is 18 characters long looking like this: 1Z 111 1A 11 1111 1111 Fill in the appropriate "Collection Info and Location" in section 2. Fill in section 3 "Service and Package Information" as appropriate (NB - a packaged driver weighs approximately 1kg). Section 4 can be used to declare the date and time that the package will be READY and AVAILABLE for collection. This is a notification for the UPS driver to let him know that the package can be collected. Please don't be misled into thinking this is nominating an exact time for collection. It is simply to let the UPS driver know that it's ready. Section 5 can be used to request collection notifications via email where applicable.
